Quick Chill and refrigerated storage in one cabinet

A brand new innovative unit, the TWIN U/KP 660 offers quick chill and refrigerated storage in one cabinet. Perfect for kitchens where floor space is limited, the quick-chill/refrigerated storage combi-cabinet offers maximum flexibility for minimum space. With six different functions; refrigeration, freezing, quick chill, quick freeze, controlled rapid thawing a dry cooling, the extremely versatile TWIN U/KP 660 offers caterers an all-in-one solution.

Glenn Roberts, managing director, Gram UK comments: “Gram prides itself on being able to offer its customers the most innovative and efficient refrigeration solutions. Having identified an obvious gap in the market for a unit that could offer both quick chill and refrigeration storage, the new TWIN U/KP 660 was specifically designed to fill this gap, offering caterers the perfect, space saving solution.”

Constructed from food safe stainless steel both inside and out, it is 2/1 wide GN compatible, which allows two 1/1 GN pans to be positioned next to each other. This allows both excellent visibility as well as easy access to stored items. The TWIN U/KP 660 is fitted with a dry cooling function to reduce condensation, four sturdy wire shelves with tilt prevention, as well as two separate controllers to control the two unique chilling systems.

The TWIN U/KP 660 also boasts the same technology as Gram’s other energy efficient cabinets, and is completely free from HFC, using only natural refrigerants.

Gram continues to develop energy efficient cabinets of the highest quality and prides itself on leading the way in the creation of the most energy efficient cabinets registered on the Energy Technology List.
